Kerry Xuefeng Chen
Mr. Kerry Xuefeng Chen is our co-founder and has been serving as our chairman and chief executive officer since our inception. Prior to founding our company, Mr. Chen served as a product manager at SYKES China, a world leading provider of multichannel demand generation and customer engagement services for global brands, from July 2006 to June 2010. Mr. Chen received his bachelor’s degree from Tongji University in July 2002 and master’s degree from Fudan University in June 2006.
Yongliang Wang
Mr. Yongliang Wang is an executive president and has been serving as our director since June 2019. As a chief operating officer, Mr. Wang is tasked with overseeing the corporate-wide operational functions. Prior to joining us, Mr. Wang was the senior director of Paipai business at JD Group since July 2008. Prior to that, Mr. Wang was a sales manager at Tianjin Samsung Opto-Electronics Co., Ltd. from January 2007 to February 2008 and the supervisor of the procurement center of Gome Electrical Appliances from July 2005 to January 2007. Mr. Wang received his bachelor’s degree from University of International Business and Economics in July 2005.
Chen Chen
Mr. Chen Chen is a president and has been serving as our director since May 2021. Mr. Chen joined us as a chief financial officer in January 2021 and currently oversees group finance, accounting and tax, capital markets, and public affairs functions. Prior to joining us, Mr. Chen was the chief financial officer of Yunji Inc. from May 2018 to December 2020. Before joining Yunji Inc., Mr. Chen was a partner at Deloitte and served various positions at Deloitte since July 2002. Mr. Chen currently also serves as an independent director and the chairman of the audit committee of Q&K International Group Limited, and an independent non-executive director and the chairman of the audit committee of Zhou Hei Ya International Holdings Company Limited (HKEx: 1458). Mr. Chen is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and China Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA). Mr. Chen received his bachelor’s degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University.
